In the current process of globalization, we face environmental problems that are international because they are present in some way in all nations and their solutions can be effectively managed only through cooperation among states, and an awareness of the importance to respect ecosystems. The link between poverty widely recognized, population pressures and environmental degradation, is a challenge for the capabilities of states and urban planning. In the field of architecture, environmental challenges lead to the center of the debate the need to start implementing construction techniques and use materials that are friendly to the environment. It is from this perspective that we have produced several works of architecture, where issues such as waterproofing, degradation of the urban architectural, design and development of architectural projects, basic aspects of ecological and integrated architecture, targeted to the needs and demands of treated client.

In the field of architecture, has argued that postmodernism is characterized by the return of “wit, ornament and reference” to architecture in response to the formalism caused by the international style of the modern movement. Is in architecture, as in other fields of human action, the more pronounced and visible ideas of this movement are reflected. Forms and spaces functional and formalized modernist style are replaced by different aesthetic; by the collision of styles, adapting the form itself and new ways of seeing styles and spaces. We can say that in the postmodern architects rediscovered the expressive and symbolic value of the architectural elements and forms that had developed in the past, which had been abandoned by the modern style.
